How do I know if the Q7 Sport Smartwatch is connected?

 

When fully connected, your Q7 Sport Smartwatch will show a white Bluetooth icon near the battery icon on the main clock face screen on your smartwatch. The Q7 Sport Smartwatch App will also inform you if you’re connected and what the battery life of your device is.

 

What’s the battery life of my Q7 Sport Smartwatch?

 

Battery life depends on individual usage and can differ from person to person. However, on average, you can expect to have 2-3 days working time and up to 7+ days standby time of battery life.  

 

How do I interact with my smartwatch?

 

This watch has a simple one touch interface. Simply tap on the circular shape symbol on your device to navigate to different sections of your smartwatch. To interact with something on your watch, simply tap and hold the circular shape symbol.

 

I cannot sync my data with my app, what do I do?

 

The first thing we need to do is verify you’re using the correct application. The Q7 Sport Sport Smartwatch will only work on the Q7 Sport Smartwatch App. If you have the correct app and are still having issues with data syncing, please see below:

 

If your device isn’t syncing data, a factory reset of your device could help fix the issue. Please use these steps to perform a factory reset on the Q7 Sport Smartwatch:

 

  1. While the watch is connected to the Q7 Sport Smartwatch App, open the app.

  2. Go into ‘Device’ (You will see this on the navigation bar found on the bottom of the screen in this app).

  3. In ‘Device’, scroll down to ‘Factory Reset Smartwatch’ and tap on it.

  4. The app will ask you to confirm your selection, hit confirm.

  5. Your watch will vibrate and within a few seconds will be completely reset (Your watch will then be reconnected to the app again).

My data doesn’t autosync, what do I do?

 

If you’re data is not auto-syncing, it may mean the auto-syncing feature has been turned off in your Q7 Sport Smartwatch App. Follow these steps to turn Auto-Sync on for your Q7 Sport Smartwatch:

 

  1. While your Q7 Sport Smartwatch is connected to the Q7 Sport Smartwatch App, open the app.

  2. Go into ‘Device’ (You will see this on the navigation bar found on the bottom of the screen in this app).

  3. In ‘Device’, scroll down to ‘Smartwatch Settings’ and tap on it.

  4. Here you will see the ‘Auto-Sync Data’ option with a toggle button next to it.

  5. Tap on the toggle button to turn this feature on/off as you like.

 

If you have ‘Auto-Sync Data’ on but are still having trouble with it working properly, please contact our customer service team at info@q7smartwatch.com.

 

How do you view a notification?

 

After choosing the applications you want to receive notifications from on your watch in the Q7 Sport Smartwatch app, as soon as one of these apps sends a notification to your phone, your watch will automatically display it as well.

 

If you get a notification or miss it, you can view your most recent notifications on your watch by navigating to the ‘Notifications’ section on your Q7 Sport Smartwatch. Once there, tap and hold the one touch circular button to enter this section and view more notifications.

 

Do I have to enable all notifications you want to receive?

 

Yes, any notification you want to receive on your watch must be enabled in the app first. Here is how you can enable notifications you want to receive on your watch in the Q7 Sport Smartwatch App:

 

  1. While the watch is connected to the Q7 Sport Smartwatch App, open the app.

  2. Go into ‘Device’ (You will see this on the navigation bar found on the bottom of the screen in this app).

  3. In ‘Device’, look for ‘APP Reminder’ and tap on it.

  4. Here, you can select the apps you want to be reminded about on your smartwatch

  5. For Android devices running Android 8.0 and higher only, certain applications need to be permitted to allow notifications to be sent to your watch. The Android system will ask that you allow Q7 Sport Smartwatch to receive these notifications).

 

Once you have enabled the apps your want to receive reminders from, you’ll be all set!

 

Must I enable saved message history to see notifications if not viewed immediately when notified?

 

Yes. In order to see messages on your watch that you may have missed or tapped away too quickly, you will need to have ‘Save Message History’ enabled in app. Here is how to enable/disable message history on your device:

 

  1. While your Q7 Sport Smartwatch is connected to the Q7 Sport Smartwatch App, open the app.

  2. Go into ‘Device’ (You will see this on the navigation bar found on the bottom of the screen in this app).

  3. In ‘Device’, scroll down to ‘Smartwatch Settings’ and tap on it.

Here you will see the ‘Save Message History’ option with a toggle button next to it.

Tap on the toggle button to turn this feature on/off as you like.

 

Are notifications only texts? (Gifs/emoji’s/characters)

 

Your Q7 Sport Smartwatch only supports text characters at this time. GIFs, Images, Emojis and other characters or animations are not supported.

 

How do you start the stopwatch?

 

Here is how to start the stopwatch on your Q7 Sport Smartwatch:

 

  1. On your watch, navigate to the ‘Stopwatch’ section by tapping the one touch circular button.

  2. Once at the stopwatch section, tap and hold the circular button.

  3. You will then be taken to the clock screen.

  4. On this screen, simply tap the circular button to start the stopwatch. Tap the button again to pause the stopwatch. Tap and hold the circular button to completely exit this section.
